Welcome to UK Driver Hub
January 2026
If you're a taxi or private hire driver in the UK, you know the challenges of the job. Long hours, rising costs, changing regulations, and often working alone without a support network. That's exactly why we created UK Driver Hub.
What is UK Driver Hub?
UK Driver Hub is a free online community platform designed specifically for taxi and private hire drivers across the United Kingdom. Whether you're a Hackney carriage driver in London, a private hire driver in Manchester, or working the ranks in Aberdeen, this is your space to connect, share, and support each other.
How Can UK Driver Hub Help You?
🚕 Connect with Fellow Drivers
The trade can be isolating. With UK Driver Hub, you can connect with drivers in your region or across the UK. Share your experiences, ask questions, learn from each other and build friendships with other like-minded drivers.
💰 Track Your Earnings & Expenses
Our built-in finance tracker helps you log your daily earnings and expenses. Export your data to CSV for your accountant, upload receipt photos, and stay on top of what you can claim back at tax time. We even include guidance on what expenses you can claim and what to do if you earn over £50k. This is perfect for Making Tax Digital, which started in April 2026.
📢 Stay Updated with Industry News
From licensing changes to fuel prices, we keep you informed with the latest news that affects UK drivers. No more missing important updates that could impact your livelihood.
🏪 Exclusive Marketplace
Our marketplace features companies specialising in working with the cab industry. Find your next car, search for car insurance, or parts to get your car back on the road.
📍 Regional Communities
Filter the feed to see posts from drivers in your area. Whether you want local tips, information about your council's licensing requirements, or just to chat with nearby drivers, our regional filter makes it easy.
Built for Drivers
UK Driver Hub was created because we saw a gap in the market. There was no single place where UK drivers could come together, share knowledge, and support each other. Social media groups are scattered and hard to navigate. We wanted something better.

Signing up is free and takes less than a minute. Just enter your email, choose your region, and you're in.
